Lafayette Again

 Stella and I made a trip into SF on BART and rode the streetcar to Fisherman's Wharf.

 The line was too long for the cable cars, but Stella got to stand on one anyway!

 The kids loved the Discovery Museum in Sausalito.

 Sophie  is learning to ride Stella's scooter.

Sarita did an art project with Stella's preschool class.

Reno and Lafayette Trip

 We enjoyed getting to see Jake and his kids in Reno for a few days, although we didn't get a lot of pictures.

 Lexi still likes her lovin' blanket!

 Charles got to meet Dylan for the first time. We went home from Reno by way of Lafayette, staying for one day.

Easter With the Ellsworths

It's always fun to have the Ellsworth's over!

 Someone thought a laundry basket might be good for egg-hunting.

 Austin and Hunter made our bikes do things we could never do on them!

Carly's visit

 We enjoyed having Carly and Audra and Bella visit in March.

Dylan Thomas

 I didn't think I would make it for Dylan's birth, because he and Hayden were due at the same time. However, I was home from Texas for two days when we got the call that Dylan had arrived, so I decided to drive up there and spend a few days. I wouldn't want to miss being with any of the grandchildren when they were first born!

 Stella and Sophie like to spend time behind their apartment building by the creek playing pretend games and throwing sticks and acorns into the creek below the bridge.

Baby Hayden

 I was very happy to get to be with Joey's family when Hayden was born. I arrived a day before Katie was scheduled for an induction at the hospital, so that worked out well. 

 Jackson was pretty excited to have another little sister.

 Scarlett was so possessive at first that we weren't sure how she would be the next day. Although she was still crazy about her sister, she did calm down the next day.

 We celebrated Daniel's birthday soon after Hayden's!
