Carly's family made it to Oahu just before the pandemic hit and everything was locked down. They got to visit Jesse's family while they were there.

February 2020

Charles had a meeting in the Bay Area in February, so we made a little trip out of it.

I love the three story Ross store on Market Street, although I never buy much there!

HAWAII TRIP

I had a great visit with Jesse's family in Honolulu this month (January). Although they had just finished up having Sarita's sister and also her parents visit, they made me feel very comfortable and part of the family.

 They have a family pass to the zoo, so we went there a couple of times

 I went to church with them one Sunday, and found the church and grounds to be very beautiful. It's a unique design, and a historic building which is actually older than the temple there.

I got to be there for Jesse's 37th birthday celebration. The reason the kids don't wear a lot of clothes is because it's pretty warm!

 We had to make a beach cow at Kailua Beach

 Ala Moana is the closest beach to their house (about three miles away), and perfect for kids. There are no waves and it stays shallow with a sandy bottom for quite a way out.

 There's a great farm in the area where kids can see animals and also play in a very unique playground

Sarita learned how to cut hair on youtube and gave Sophie this cute hairstyle.
